Heard it on the "grapevine"
Well , what a great lot you are , spreading the word .
We tried to contact as many members as possible about the cancellation on Fri. the 8th. SHAME!
But with your help members, you all got through to people ,so well done.
So pleased nobody had a wasted journey.
I will probably never say this again but, so glad nobody turned up for this meeting.
(OUCH!!! bite my tongue) just shows what a sensible lot you are.
John (out of the goodness of his heart "BLESS") went to the hall to make sure .
The hall had shut for all the clubs eg. brownies,dancing & us.
So he went down the pub and met Jim for a pint. WHAT TROUPERS they are.
Home in the warm is best place.
Let's hope we can all make it to the next meeting 22nd Jan.7pm-9pm.
